Your Feathr license is an annual subscription, billed monthly. It covers your platform access, plus Feathr Academy and our Help Desk.

Every new customer also goes through Flight School, our onboarding program. It's a one-time fee, billed once at the start of your first year.

If you run paid ads, your media budget is separate and entirely up to you — you control how much you spend and when. Add-ons like Campaign Management Services flights, creative development, and data integrations are available for an additional fee, and nothing gets added to your account without your consent.

Campaign Management Services (CMS) are available on the Managed plan. Our team handles strategy, build, launch, and optimization of your campaigns for you.

CMS is sold by the Flight — a coordinated set of campaigns built to drive a specific outcome, like driving event registrations, growing a membership program, or supporting an annual giving push. Most customers buy one Flight per major initiative, and you can buy as many per year as your goals require. Pricing varies based on scope — talk to sales for a custom quote.

Every Feathr plan includes access to our Strategy and Support teams.

Essential: Email and chat support, plus access to our Strategy and Support teams for campaign reviews and best-practice guidance.

Advanced: Everything in Essential, plus direct phone support for faster, personalized help.

Managed: Everything in Advanced, plus our Campaign Management Services team running your campaigns end-to-end.

Absolutely — every new customer starts with Flight School. It's our onboarding program, and it's how you get from signed to launched.

You'll work with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who guides you through five milestones: account setup, orientation and goal setting, building and launching your first campaign, a walkthrough of your reporting and results, and a readiness review to make sure you're confident before you fly solo.

Flight School is a one-time fee at the start of your agreement. Your Account Executive can walk you through what to expect.

We offer multiple integration paths to fit your tech stack — whether it's web and form tracking, direct imports, native integrations with platforms like Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and iMIS, or a Zapier connection that links Feathr to thousands of apps, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Virtuous.

Working in a platform that isn't on that list, like DonorPerfect? Our Data Integrations team can build a custom data connection to bring your donation, ticketing, or membership data into Feathr.
