Yes, each plan includes a specific contact tier. Your pricing is based on the number of contacts you’ll be marketing to, and you can easily upgrade your tier as your audience expands.

- Lite: You’ll get in-app guidance, onboarding emails, access to Product Support chat + email, live training sessions, plus Feathr Academy for on-demand learning.
- Essential & Advanced: Choose the onboarding style that suits you:
- Standard: Account setup for teams ready to take the controls. You’ll receive live 1:1 training, data migration support, and platform setup guidance, equipping you to launch your Feathr experience in your first 60 days.
- Premium: You’ll receive access to a dedicated onboarding specialist who guides you through platform setup, custom data tracking, a creative design kickstart, personalized training, and support to launch your 1st campaigns. All in your 1st 90 days!
Lite: Email and chat support during business hours (M–Th, 9am–5pm ET).
Essential: Email and chat support plus access to the CS Pro team for strategy reviews and best-practice guidance.
Advanced: Email, chat, and phone support, along with a dedicated Pro Strategist that reviews your goals and helps you plan your marketing strategy.
You bet. We offer multiple integration paths to fit your tech stack — whether it’s web and form tracking, direct imports, or native integrations with platforms like Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT, Virtuous, DonorPerfect, and others. Need something more custom? Our team can help with that too.
No surprises here. Your monthly subscription covers your Feathr platform license and includes access to Feathr Academy and the Help Desk. If onboarding is part of your plan, that’s a one-time fee based on the level of support you choose.
If you run paid ads, your media budget is separate and entirely up to you — you control how much you spend and when. Billing is handled separately and transparently.
Need more help? Optional services like creative development, advanced onboarding, or data integrations are also available for an additional fee — but nothing will be added to your account without your consent.
